A health scare changed how I keep track

Not long ago, I suddenly lost control of my left leg and could not stand on it. My wife got me to the emergency department, where I was diagnosed with a transient ischemic attack (TIA). It was a serious warning that required immediate care.

I had rarely been ill before. Suddenly, I had medicines to manage and blood pressure to record twice a day. A paper diary was never going to be reliable for me.

That is why I created MyMedicineDiary: to photograph medicine packaging, capture a blood pressure monitor, review the details, and keep readings, graphs, and schedules together.
